We are currently looking for bank support workers to join our team and support adults with a range of learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs across Cambridgeshire. We can offer both part-time and full-time hours. Our service users require 24-hour support within multiple supported living homes, and we offer flexible shift patterns to accommodate your schedule. We welcome all candidates, and experience and qualifications are not necessary as we provide mandatory training, a diploma in health and social care and ongoing support. We are also keen to offer career opportunities to enthusiastic individuals, including senior support workers and managers.
