We are seeking both female and male support workers to join our teams supporting people with complex needs, mental health challenges, and significant needs that may present a challenge. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have previous experience working with adults with complex behaviours. They should be able to work well under pressure for extended periods of time. Most people will require 24-hour support within a supported living home with 1:1 and 2:1 care, and we can be flexible with shift patterns. Please refer to the attached job description for more information. The candidate must prove an excellent track record of supporting people with Autism and complex behaviours.
