Our supported living home is located in a two-bedroom flat, designed to provide a comfortable and homely environment for one person who will require full-time care and support. The flat is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure that each person feels at home and comfortable, including a well-equipped kitchen and living area.
Our supported living home provides 24/7 care services to each person to ensure that they receive the support and care they need around the clock. Our dedicated team of professionals is on hand to provide personalised care and support to each person, including medication management, assistance with daily living tasks and one-to-one therapy sessions.
