We are able to offer as many hours as is needed, to maintain your outcome. There is a 70 hour core package of support in place.

We provide individuals with appropriate support for their individual needs. We are outcome focused and encourage the development of life skills. We also work with our service users to integrate them into their wider community and liaise with family members regarding ongoing care and activities.
We offer full needs and risk assessments completed by trained and experienced staff in liaison with the individual and anyone else they wish to be involved such as family, friend, or advocate. We provide person-centred support plans which include details of how we assist individuals to maintain their independence.
Support to tenants with a range of activities including Budget planning and finances, meal planning, shopping and household tasks, establishing community links and promoting self-advocacy and support in accessing health services.
