Complex Needs Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for male support workers to work with a young man who has ASD, mental health issues and significant needs that may challenge. To be suitable for this role, you should have experience in working with adults who have complex behaviours and be able to work under pressure for long periods of time.

The service user you would be supporting will require 24 hours support within a supported living home through 1:1 and 2:1 care. 

We can be flexible with shift patterns. Please see attached job description. Experience is essential for the post and the candidate will need to prove excellent track record of supporting people with Autism and complex behaviours.
