Our aim is to support and educate individuals by enabling and empowering them to take greater control over their lives and to make their own decisions and choices. We support each person to take advantage of opportunities available both at home and in the wider community, to maximise independence, to learn new or improve on existing skills, to achieve their goals and lead a life that is full and enjoyable, in the way most meaningful to them.
Each person has an individual care plan tailored to their needs and outcomes as well as an in-depth behaviour plan, which focuses on SMART techniques.
Staff working in this home are trained in SCIPrUK techniques and Intensive Interaction for Adults with Complex Behaviours. This home specialises in supporting people with complex needs to remain a part of their community.
Each person has 1:1 care 24 hours a day.
